Luke is a nationally recognized Realtor and leader of the Luke Bouman Team. Since his start in 2006, Luke and his team have closed over 2,000 properties earning dozens of awards for distinguished service. Over the years, he has received Realtor Magazine’s “30 Under 30” designation, International President’s Circle award, and Best Realtor in Holland Sentinel’s Best of the Best, just to name a few.
Luke understands that real estate is first and foremost a service industry, and the client’s needs must always come first. Providing a 5 star experience is his passion and he enjoys creating opportunities that other agents simply cannot. Luke brings fresh insight into how technology can enhance not only business but relationships as well. He is an expert negotiator, which he attributes to the professional real estate coaching he receives, and the years of experience he has collected. His role as “Listing Specialist” allows him more time to focus on marketing and negotiations, resulting in more money in your pocket and a faster sale. Luke is established and well-connected in the community, known for his work-ethic and professionalism.
Born and raised in Holland, Luke attended Holland Christian Schools and Calvin College, majoring in business. Having grown up with 3 brothers, and playing a multitude of sports, competition runs in his blood. Luke focused mostly on basketball for many years, but is now an avid pickleball player. He is married to his beautiful wife Kristin and they have twins, Gavin and Nora.
