Julie is our detail-oriented Listing Coordinator. She ensures that every step of getting a home on the market is smooth and efficient. From the moment a client decides to sell, she is there to learn what makes their home special and communicate those unique features to potential buyers. Julie expertly coordinates all the essential tasks for a successful listing, including scheduling professional photography, arranging lockbox installations, organizing open houses, and crafting engaging Facebook posts. She stays in close contact with each client, providing answers to their questions and offering support throughout the process. Her genuine passion for building relationships shines through in every interaction.
Originally from Muskegon, Julie is a proud Calvin University graduate. After spending 23 years in New Jersey, she and her family recently returned to West Michigan to be closer to extended family. Julie and her husband, Randy, a retired pastor, have been married for 27 years. They have three daughters living in Grand Rapids and a son attending Zeeland West High School. Outside of work, Julie and Randy love exploring the beauty of America's national parks and are always up for a new adventure.
